THE GARDEN APARTMENTS

The project is located in vibrant Footscray’s Activity Central Zone, 300 metre from Footscray Station. The brief is a 6 level mix-used building with basement car park, ground level medical centre, cafe, high end apartments and roof top communal garden. The project’s intention is to create a community by pushing and blurring the boundaries, bringing nature into the building and connect it to the urban context.
